When I was pregnant with my first child, I was working full time helping to grow an HR services start up. I knew I wanted to continue working and adding my unique value to the business world, but I also knew I wanted to be a Mom and be engaged in that role too. It seemed impossible. It still does for so many people today!
I am here to change your mind – to shift you from that old and closed way of thinking – and to open you to a whole new world of winning work.
In the recruiting work I’ve done over the past two decades, I see over and over the financial and professional pain inflicted on people who exited the work world to start families. Creating a gap on my resume was something I was completely unwilling to allow. So I turned the impossible into possible by starting my own recruiting company.
And that was the genesis of winning work.
What started as a one-person shop quickly evolved into a team of Stay at Home Moms from coast to coast joining up with me to help companies scale with great talent and build winning teams. Winning work indeed! All of our Moms were filling their resume gaps with high stakes, high impact consultative projects and all of our Clients were filling their teams with A Players on a consistent basis. Everyone wins!
So here I am, 13 years on in this journey of creating more winning work in our world. I am deeply committed to empowering more people, especially those who are seeking winning work options, to join me on this journey to connect more people to their professional value.
